Creat an account on online member services to check your lifetime matches played and more!!!!

Your lifetime patch is a combination of your 8 & 9 ball scores

(if you play both).

All you have to do is, sign up for the online member services (above) follow the steps to set up your own account.

Find your total matches played and then send in a request form (Below)with your Name, Player number and how many Total matches played. Then send it in with your team scoresheet and we will send the patch to you.
